This week while I was searching for a
couple of more hours of writing time, I read about Danielle Steel’s grueling writing schedule. Some days, the famous romance novelist can spend 22 hours
writing. According to an article from The Guardian (link here ), if she starts a
new book, she might not stop typing until the first draft of the story is
complete.
Her enormous writing efforts means she can publish several books a year. From Wikipedia, Danielle Steel is the highest selling, living author with over 800 million books sold. Throughout her 50-year career, and still to this day, she types her stories on a typewriter. Somehow, she fit her romance writing around several children, husbands and good works.
That’s intense!
